Payment Instructions/Methods

We accept payments via Direct Deposit (preferred method), cheque, money order and PayPal. Payment details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

Payment is required within 7 days of placing an order. If payment has not been made after 7 days, a reminder notice will be emailed to you. If payment has still not been received after 14 days, the order will be cancelled.

Postage/Shipping within Australia

Orders are usually shipped within 10 days of receipt of payment (and within 2-3 days if items are already in stock, or we are sewing really fast!). If any delays are expected we will let you know as soon as possible. Please understand that we are both busy mums with busy families, so delays will occasionally occur.

We will email you to let you know when your order has been posted.

All items have been assigned a shipping weight, and the standard shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you check out of your shopping cart.

All orders are sent via standard Australia Post, unless Express Post is selected or another carrier specifically requested.

Insurance is optional. If you would like your order to be insured, please choose this option at checkout.

Please note that any order sent via standard Australia Post (ie unregistered) is sent entirely with the customer's knowledge that the order is not registered. This means that in the event of your parcel being lost by Australia Post, Bumboozled will not be held liable or be obligated to provide a refund. However, in the unlikely event of this occurring, we will endeavour to help you out as much as we can to locate it.

Local customers are more than welcome to pick up their orders rather than paying for postage. If you would like to collect your order in person, please indicate this in the message box when you place your order, and we will contact you directly to discuss payment and collection details.

For international orders, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss shipping and insurance options.

Returns Policy

It is important to us that you are absolutely satisfied with your Bumboozled products.

We recognise that choosing which nappies to put on your little one's bottom is a big decision, especially when there are so many choices available. We are more than happy to answer any of your nappy-related questions, and help you figure out the best solution for you and your family. Please email us with any queries or concerns you have prior to purchasing.

If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us in brand new, unused and unwashed condition within 30 days of date of purchase. We will provide you with a refund, minus postage and handling costs when we receive the returned order. Your refund will take place via the same method that you paid. Please contact us before returning any goods (info@bumboozled.com.au).

Returns are not available on clearance items, or seconds.

We endeavour to provide you with products of high quality workmanship, and offer a guarantee of our workmanship for 30 days from your date of purchase. If you do find a defect in a Bumboozled nappy, please do not use the nappy. Maintain it in new and clean condition, and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a repair or replacement, at our discretion.

Due to the nature of our products, we absolutely cannot accept the return of items which have been used, even if only washed once.
